Nami Island Arts & Education

Nami Island has been interacting with India for more than a decade, starting with the National Day "Indian Culture Day" during Nami Island International Children’s Book Festival in 2010. Since 2015, as the diplomatic relation between Korea and India was promoted from a strategic partnership to a special strategic partnership, Nami Island has been hosting SARANG: the Festival of India Nami Island as part of our dynamic cultural exchanges. With our most recent MOU with SEHER, one of India’s leading cultural organizations, since in June 2020, Nami Island will also be presenting festivals and cultural events that will showcase expanded content in many more forms in the future.
